Tor is an economist, leader, entrepreneur, with a great passion for creating a world where we unlock the potential in each of us. His greatest strength is curiosity and drive, it also happens to be that he has cerebral palsy, some hearing and sight loss, and is married to his wonderful husband Thomas.

In 2021 he won NHO Norway’s speaker of the year. Working for the re-humanization of recruitment-processes, InClue’s vision is paving the way for inclusive recruitment targeting PwDs way into the workplace!
