The Power of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Conversations

“Change does not happen by just having a fun conversation about diversity and inclusion. Change happens when we all decide to lean into uncomfortable conversations” – Chisom Udeze.

In a world where people have different backgrounds and experiences, engaging in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging conversations is imperative for companies across all industries. These conversations enable organizations to foster an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel valued, empowered, and respected.

The Diversify Nordics Summit (DNS),  to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Clarion Hotel, the Hub, in the heart of Oslo, has a big focus on representation, and this year’s lineup of speakers is a really exceptional group of thought leaders, trailblazers, and change-makers.
