Stephen is a highly experience senior executive with a strong passion for people.
Throughout his corporate career, he has held various leadership positions such as sales
and marketing director, brand manager, production manager and senior project manager.
This diverse background has provided him with a deep understanding and appreciation of
the complexities and challenges associated with leading and managing people. Today he
combines his time between executive coaching/leadership development with DEI training,
bridging these domains with strategic tools and solutions.

Transitioning from an elite footballer to consultant to coach, Stephen’s journey has always
revolved around meaningful human-to-human communication and relationship-building.
Stephen will share the challenges he has faced and overcame with his exceptional
interpersonal skills and cross-cultural international experience and how this journey has
allowed him to build lasting relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and
cultures. His passion for diversity is grounded in a wealth of diverse commercial
experiences, recognising that the desire to be included usually outweighs the desire to
stand out.

Stephen was born and bred in London to Jamaican parents and has resided in
Copenhagen since 1997. This has given him a natural understanding of unconscious bias
and he recognises the significant impact culture can have on leadership when trying to
implement diversity and inclusion successfully into organisations. Stephen’s superpower is
active listening, non-judgmental support, and his dedication to helping others excel.
