Selena Støback is a specialist in capacity building, organisational development, and radical collaboration. With extensive experience guiding public, start up, INGO and voluntary organisations, including the Norwegian Refugee Council, Plan International, Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development, Rethink, ITMV, and Compassionate Mental Health UK.

Her work has centered humanitarian assistance, youth participation, women’s rights, public service innovation, and grassroots organising, alongside her commitment as a mental health advocate and her involvement in the creative arts. In her role leading Ethiopian partnerships for Youth Mental Health Norway within the Together for Inclusion consortium, Selena has strengthened collaboration between government and civil society to enhance disability inclusion, economic empowerment, inclusive education, and human rights advocacy.

Recognised as a skilled Chaos Pilot, Selena blends “rigour with heartfulness,” demonstrating that meaningful and lasting impact is achievable even under tight budgets and schedules through fostering dialogue, compassion, and inclusion.
