Roxanne is a sustainability consultant focusing on social impact and DEI in the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. She supports global organizations adapting to today’s rapidly evolving regulatory environment, in particular the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.  

She has a rich background in inclusive and sustainable economic development in international environments, with previous roles as a project manager at an international consultancy agency in London, as a climate manager at a global grassroot organization in South Africa and as a program specialist in an international development agency in Sweden. 

In her role, she leverages her love for data and advocates for an outcome-driven approach.
