Regine Larsen Lindtvedt holds a dual role within Nordic’s largest P&C insurer, If, where she is the Nordic Head of Market Strategy and the CEO of If’s sister company, If Services.

In her role, her focus is to drive initiatives related to growth and innovations within for instance property, health and sustainability through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Despite working within the financial sector for the past 7 years, Regine has a varied background from several industries; from retail to oil and gas to media. At the heart of it, she has carried with her her passion for innovation and intra-/entrepreneurship, an integral part of both her educational and career journey. Always especially interested in social and societal aspects of entrepreneurship, she has worked 7 years in the non-profit sector, for NGOs and volunteer organizations in Norway and England, both within youth causes, social justice and sustainability.

Regine is a strong advocate towards lessening the gender imbalance within entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture capital, especially within life sciences.

She is also a proud dog owner and an avid runner, her proudest achievement being a 77km three-day run on the Swedish coast last year.
