Patrick Konde (He/Him) is a freelance DEI-consultant with years of experience in the field. Until recently, he worked for the organization Make Equal where he got the chance to meet with and work with a wide variety of workplaces in Sweden. Before his time at Make Equal he worked with children’s rights and specifically racism among children ans youth. He is also the co-author of the book Antirasistisk Handbok (2021) as he made the Swedish adaptation of the book This book is anti-racist by Tiffany Jewell.
