As CEO, Mette Kaagaard has the overall responsibility for leading Microsoft’s commercial activities in Denmark. Additionally, she is an active voice in public debate, particularly focusing on topics such as digitization, cybersecurity, and diversity.

Mette Kaagaard has over 20 years of experience in management, digitization, business transformation, and technology. Previously, she was a partner and leader of Deloitte’s Danish Risk Advisory department. Prior to that, Mette Kaagaard has worked with software, platforms, and IT infrastructure, serving as Executive Vice President at KMD, Managing Director at Conscia, and DIO at Egmont.

Mette Kaagaard holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an HD in Organization and IT from Copenhagen Business School.
