Mette Buhl Christoffersen is DE&I Lead at Danske Bank, and is responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction for the COO area, to foster an equitable and inclusive culture that caters for diversity.

Over the past years, Mette has been behind initiatives ranging from neuroinclusion 🧠 migrant and refugee women 🌍 parental leave 👶🏼 and women in tech 👩‍💻.

Mette is driven by the people, the deeper purpose, and the potential of making an impact within organizations, as well as the society that surrounds it.

Mette believes that we are entering a new era that forces all of us to reflect on who we are, as well as what we, as companies wants to become, and moreover how we want to impact the world that we live in, which constantly changes.

If we truly want to make change, we need to act on our ability (and responsibility) to do things differently. We need to be curious, vulnerable and authentic!
