Martin Devor is head of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Aker Solutions globally. He holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology. Prior to his current role, he spent several years at Equinor, working across roles in HR, finance, M&A and business development of renewable energy projects. He spent 3 years of his career in Equinor as head of HR in the United Kingdom.

Martin is passionate about creating an inclusive culture in the workplace, using data and technology to leverage change. He believes in removing barriers and mitigating bias in processes and procedures, fostering collaboration and innovation. He also emphasizes that DEI is not only morally and ethically correct but is a key enabler for business success.
