Kristine Dahl Steidel has been the General Manager of Microsoft Norway since 2021. In this role, she leads Microsoft’s strategic direction and operations in Norway, aiming to empower individuals and organizations with innovative solutions.

With extensive experience in the IT industry since 1997, Kristine previously held senior leadership positions at VMware, including EMEA Vice President for Digital Workspace, in addition to leadership roles at ATEA, VM-Data and Cinet. Her expertise includes IT management, strategic planning, and organizational change.

Kristine is guiding Microsoft Norway through the AI era, advocating for responsible and ethical AI use to benefit everyone. She emphasizes transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in AI development.
