Karolina is an experienced pedagogue and team leader with solid expertise in training and communication. With more than 25 years of experience in the educational and creative fields, Karolina’s areas of expertise include: management of international teams, development and facilitation of intercultural workshops, learning and development. Currently Karolina leads an international team of teachers at the Berlitz Language and Culture School where she also organizes sought-after intercultural trainings for business.
