Julie Gerdes is partner at EY Denmark and heads up their People Sustainability department. She particularly advises companies and organizations about integrating neurodiversity programs in the workplace and is frequently sought after as a speaker and author in this niche. Before her tenure at EY began in 2008, Julie served as an HR lawyer at one of the top-tier law firms in Denmark. With over two decades of expertise in Labor Law and People Sustainability, Julie has built an extensive network within the HR community.

Since 2008, Julie has been contributing a monthly HR column to Børsen, the premier Danish business newspaper and is often cited by the media as an authority on HR and labor law.

In addition to her legal pursuits, Julie has an academic background in literature history and philosophy from the University of Freiburg in Germany.
