Hannu Medina (MBA), is the founder of We Speak Gay initiative and community and pioneer in LGBTQIA+ Tourism in Finland. Hannu is specialized in LGBTQIA+ inclusive communication and on how to create safer spaces for the LGBTQIA+ through vocalisation, visualisation and representation. Hannu has a 20 year experience in marketing and sales before starting his own business Medina Helsinki Communication Oy (2018). Hannu calls himself  babygay since he came out as openly gay man at the age of 46 in 2015. Hannu and his husband Raul are one of the first gay couples to get married in Finland on March 1st 2017.
