Yes, the conference venue is fully accessible for people with disabilities. 

Snacks, coffee/tea, and water will be available throughout the day.

There will also be breakfast and lunch, and afternoon snack breaks. Lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant, where there will be a buffet with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

No, transportation will not be provided. The venue is located in the 5 minutes from the airport, with bus from the airport and from Oslo Central. More information will be provided.

You can buy tickets through our website, here.

Tickets will be distributed via the platform Checkin. You will receive an SMS 1 day before the event with a link to a QR code. Present this code to be scanned at the registration desk.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.

Volunteers have full access to the Summit. Volunteering at DNS is very easy! Contact us through our website or at . Write “volunteering for DNS” in the subject line, and we will respond with more details. Our volunteer spots are limited, so secure your place and apply today!

Yes, the Diversify Summit is a child friendly space. Children under the age of 16 can attend for free.

If you have a newborn child and need a spouse present to assist you in caring for the child, please reach out to us to arrange a ticket for them.

It would be great to receive feedback from the audience, especially on such important topics. We are exploring ways to involve the audience in conversations taking place, and will provide information on this once we have landed on the best solution.

There will be regular networking breaks throughout the day. In addition, you will have access to the conference app, which has a networking function. You can view other attendees and set up networking meetings in advance.

The Diversify Summit normally runs from 8:30 to 17:00 Registration will open at 7:30. Refer to the updated information for this years event in case of last minute changes to the program.

Yes, we will be reaching out in August to collect information on dietaries and accommodations.

The agenda will be launched in two stage:

Early September: the schedule, and timing of the session

Late September: the program in full detail, including session topics, format and participating speakers
