Is the venue accessible?

Will food be provided during the event? What food will be served at the event?

Snacks, coffee/tea, and water will be available throughout the day.

There will also be breakfast and lunch, and afternoon snack breaks. Lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant, where there will be a buffet with vegan, vegetarian and free-gluten options.

Will transportation to the venue be provided? Are there any organized shuttles?

No, transportation will not be provided. The venue is located in the city center, directly opposite the central train station, near metro, bus, and tram hubs.

Where does the Summit 2024 take place?

The Clarion Hotel® The Hub. It is located right next to Oslo Central Station. Address: Biskop Gunnerus gate 3, 0155 Oslo.

Can I attend online?

Yes, there are digital tickets available. Purchase yours here.

What are the parking arrangements?

Yes, there is a garage right under the hotel operated by OnePark. Drive in from Skippergata. It costs NOK 50 per half hour or NOK 620 for 24 hours. All payments are made in OnePark machines.

Alternatively, Paleet P-hus is centrally located in the center of Oslo and has an entrance from Prinsens gate. 100 meters from Oslo S and 350 meters to the Clarion Hotel, the Hub. The parking space is operated by OnePark. The prices in Paléet P-hus are dynamic and per minute. Prices vary depending on the day of the week and time of day, from NOK 0.90 to NOK 1.65 per minute on levels 2-8 and NOK 0.70 to NOK 1.50 on levels 9-14.

Where can I buy tickets for the event?

You can buy tickets through our website, here.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be distributed via the platform Checkin. You will receive an SMS 1 day before the event with a link to a QR code. Present this code to be scanned at the registration desk.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.

Are there gender-neutral bathrooms at the venue?

Yes.

How can I volunteer at DNS?

Volunteers have full access to the Summit. Volunteering at DNS is very easy! Contact us through our website or at . Write “volunteering for DNS” in the subject line, and we will respond with more details. Our volunteer spots are limited, so secure your place and apply today!

Can my spouses and children attend, too?

Yes, DNS is a child friendly space. Children under the age of 16 can attend for free.

If you have a newborn child and need a spouse present to assist you in caring for the child, please reach out to us to arrange a ticket for them.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions to the panelists?

It would be great to receive feedback from the audience, especially on such important topics. We are exploring ways to involve the audience in conversations taking place, and will provide information on this once we have landed on the best solution.

Will there be networking opportunities at the event?

There will be regular networking breaks throughout the day. In addition, you will have access to the app, Brella, which has a networking function. Using Brella, you can view other attendees and set up networking meetings in advance.

How long does the event last?

The Diversify Nordics Summit will run from 8:30 to 17:00 on Friday, September 27th. Registration will open at 7:30.

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

Yes, we will be reaching out in August to collect information on dietries and accommodations.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

The agenda will be launched in two stage: 

Early August: the schedule, and timing of the session

Late August: the program in full detail, including session topics, format and participating speakers

Will there be a sensory, breastfeeding, or prayer room available?

Yes. You will find information on where this is once we have room confirmation. The room will be indicated on the venue map.
