Fadzi Whande is an award-winning Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and Social Justice Advocate dedicated to driving transformational cultural change on a global scale. With a career spanning over two decades, she has successfully designed and implemented large-scale DEI initiatives that drive significant global change. Fadzi is currently the Chief of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Section at the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in Geneva, Switzerland.
A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Fadzi regularly shares insights on DEI best practices at conferences, summits, Universities, and workshops. Among her accolades, Fadzi is a TEDx speaker and recipient of the International Racial Equity Leadership Award for her groundbreaking anti racism work with Australian law enforcement agencies.
Her passion for inclusion and belonging extends beyond her professional work. As a board member and Ambassador for various organizations, Fadzi uses her platform to advocate for inclusion and belonging, demonstrating her belief in the power of collective action to drive social change.
Fadzi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia(UWA) and an Executive MSc in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics (LSE).
