Emma Jackson

People and Culture Specialist

Emma Jackson has made her career from a passion for languages and curiosity about human behaviour. Emma has spent 26 years building and growing teams in tech scale-ups, pharma consulting, and renewable energy companies. She nurtures purpose driven cultures of belonging and inclusion and offers humanitarian and corporate sector perspectives. Emma recently established her own company providing people advisory and project services.

Emma has New Zealand European heritage and is a naturalised Norwegian citizen. She has an honours degree in languages and linguistics from Otago University NZ. When she is not geeking out over Adam Grant or Reshma Saujani, you’re likely to find Emma spending time with her two kids, cat and husband; with a crochet hook in her hand, or learning how to grow things in her garden.
