With a consistent focus on the human aspects of change, he is a strong advocate for purpose driven initiatives using innovation and behavior science to find new ways. The last 6 years he has been focusing on people sustainability where diversity in all its aspects is central. He is driven by trying new ways to reach targets and gets uncomfortable when things are too comfortable. Daniel has a MSc from Lund University and Ecole Superieure de Commerce.
