Astrid Sundberg is a future-focused Leader and champion for change, with 25 years’ experience delivering value to start-up and scale up organizations. Working in a highly collaborative capacity, she’s best known for her achievements in the corporate sector, through the building and growth of workplace communities and teams, while driving organisational change and transformation. With a fervent belief in Inclusive Leadership, Astrid’s delivered multiple impact-driven initiatives and campaigns, while leading cross-functional teams, stakeholders and project groups. Adaptable and co-creative, she likes to nerd out on topics such as workplace culture and wellbeing, as well as being deeply devoted to how compassionate leadership cultivates a sense of belonging in the workplace. With expertise from STEM, Consultancy, Retail, Hospitality and Sustainability, she’s previously implemented a high-impact Inclusive Leadership programme for several hundred employees, where her work was recognised with 3 national awards.
Astrid is presently the Director of Impact Partnerships at The Conduit a collaborative community of changemakers, driving groundbreaking ideas that can lead to transformative social impact.
She dedicates her spare time to providing mentoring and advocacy work, with a particular emphasis on amplifying the inclusion of Women in Tech, Women from Immigrant Communities as well as mentoring women who have survived gender-based discrimination, harassment, and violence within the workplace. Astrid is a regular speaker and moderator at conferences all over Europe as well as a Board Advisor at several organizations, partnering with many different change agents and organizations who are all shifting the needle on social sustainability and inclusion.
