She prioritizes fostering empowered team cultures through psychological safety and a strong sense of personal agency. By leveraging design thinking to tackle wicked problems, she believes this approach offers the best chance to solve complex societal issues.

Aslaug’s vision involves seeing the big picture from unique perspectives to drive innovative leadership and collaboration. A social nomad at heart, she thrives on connecting with people and exploring new challenges. Outside of work, her role as a board member at UN Women is incredibly important to her, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing women’s rights and global gender equality.
