Arbab Dar serves as the Country Managing Partner/CEO for EY in Norway, a leading multinational professional services firm specializing in assurance, tax, law, consulting, and strategy services. He advises clients within the banking and insurance industries, as well as asset managers, in addition to leading EY’s operations in Norway, which includes approximately 2,400 partners and employees and boasts an annual turnover of NOK 4.6 billion. Prior to his tenure at EY, he served as the CFO of Nordea Bank in Norway.

With his practical and theoretical background, combined with his leadership experience, Arbab understands the challenges and opportunities within an organization. He is passionate about building a better working world and serves as a Board Member at UNICEF in Norway. With his enthusiasm for diversity, equity, and inclusion, he is the sponsoring partner for EY’s Ethnicity, Race & Faith focus group in the Nordic region.

Arbab firmly believes that organizations that do not focus on inclusiveness in all parts of the organization will fail. He contends that companies need to reflect the market they operate in and believes that leaders have a significant responsibility to create an environment where people feel safe, can share their thoughts, and thrive.
