Thandi Dyani is a consultant, entrepreneur, facilitator, and ecosystem builder whose work sits at the intersection of transformative leadership, social impact, equity, belonging, and cultural exchange. For more than 17 years, she has worked across the Nordics and Sub-Saharan Africa, helping businesses, foundations, governments, social enterprises, and impact-driven leaders challenge established structures and build more inclusive, human-centred ways of working.
As Founding Partner of there & there, Thandi connects people, ideas, and opportunities between the Nordic region and the African continent. Her work spans leadership journeys & development, organisational transformation & inclusive cultures, social innovation, sustainable business design, cultural strategy, and ecosystem development. She has held roles as a founder, CEO, senior manager, advisor, and board member, including serving as Network Organizer and Africa lead with the BMW Foundation and CEO of Impact Hub Johannesburg.
